Unsure where things are, how to use them or is something not working?...

This website is not a standard website as it is also the Society's database. You can record your continuing education, view videos, read extensive resources, participate in wikis and blogs, pay your membership fees, register for events, download invoices and much more. 

For this reason, it is sometimes difficult to navigate. This page is to help you.

Activating your login or account

Logging in for the first time, click on LOGIN above and then select "Forgot Username". Once you have created a password and you have logged in, click on your name at the top to visit the member site.

Is your account locked?

Too many attempts at typing your password will lock your account.

Please contact [email protected] to unlock your account.

We suggest typing your password in Word, Notepad or somewhere where you can see what you're typing and then copying (Ctrl C) and pasting (Ctrl V) it into the password field. 

Using an iPad or a Tablet?

The menu items only display when the iPad or tablet is turned to portrait orientation.
